We stand behind our documents. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@jurist-diction.com with your order reference number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of that charge.
Expedited processing fees and third-party filing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once incurred. Documents that have already been submitted to a court or government agency are non-refundable.
Email support@jurist-diction.com with: (1) your order reference or email used at checkout, (2) the document or subscription you are requesting a refund for, and (3) a brief reason (optional). We will process your refund within 2 business days of receipt.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our legal team.
