4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription plans (Solo, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available at jurist-diction.com/pricing.

4.2 Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data, including client information, research queries, and documents you create or upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or produce particular results. System-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all research and documents.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JURIST DICTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jurist Diction, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Venue

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

12.3 Arbitration (Optional)

For disputes under $25,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Nashville, Tennessee.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jurist Diction regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or acquirer.

We may provide notices to you via email or through the Service. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
