8.1 The parties agree to execute any and all necessary documents to including this Agreement, to effectuate the transfer of any property as required to complete the terms hereof
8.2 This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
8.3 In the event either party fails to comply with any term, the non-defaulting party may seek specific performance or order from the Chancery Court having jurisdiction over this matter
IX. FULL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
9.1 The parties acknowledge that they have made full disclosure of all assets and liabilities, and that they entered into this Agreement freely and voluntarily, and with the advice of independent legal counsel.
9.2 The parties agree that this Agreement represents a full and final settlement of all matters arising from the marriage and including but without limitation, property division, debt allocation, spousal support, custody, visitation, or child support.
9.3 Except as expressly provided herein, neither party shall make any claim against the other for alimony, property division, or any other matter arising from the marriage.
X. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, including Miss. Code Ann. § 93-5-1, § 93-5-2, § 93-5-7, § 93-5-11, § 93-5-23.
10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both party.
