Set Aside Order (Davidson County specific β not standard "Motion to Recall")
Step 1: Verify the Warrant

Step 2: Identify Warrant Type
π΄ ImmediateNashville General Sessions uses a "Set Aside Order" process for FTA warrants. Obtain the Set Aside form from the Criminal Court Clerk. If a bonding company is involved, they must sign the form. A judge must then sign the order to get a new court date.
